The view from the executive king room was great.

Breakfast was good and love the fresh fruits.

I could not sleep with pillows too soft.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Half of the staff were friendly, other half were not.

trash containers overfilled inside breakfast area and outside main entrance doors. Pizza boxes left on 3rd floor by elevators a full day/night.

The hotel is clean and a lovely place for a weekend trip. The venue rooms are spotless and updated, equipped with a roll-away bed and a couch. The hotel offers a great selection of good food. The property is set in a favorable location close to all the restaurants, Carbondale, Illinois, and Crab Orchard Lake.

The staff members are consistently courteous and super-friendly. The hotel has a wonderful hip new vibe. The rear view is excellent. The pool is nice and relaxing. The location next to Carbondale, IL, is absolutely perfect.

This place has spacious and modern rooms with a private bathroom and climate control, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave, all conveniently located near numerous restaurants and in the downtown area.

The bed was wonderful. Best sleep I had in quiet awhile thanks to the bed.

We were very pleased to find comfortable beds, clean room and yummy breakfast. A perfect quick layover on our 22 hour drive from Florida.

It was a quick check in and the staff was really nice. The cleaning lady came and I was still in bed and requested for the bed to be made as I left the hotel..to my amazement it was. That's great service!

I had to request to have a refrigerator and microwave .. The young lady quickly brought it to my room. Also we had 2 rooms and mine of course was missing a sofa.. No big deal though. The cleaning lady came and I told her I needed more wash towels. She left me one.. Not two and an extra but one.

The hotel's location next to a charming college town in Illinois was fantastic and unbeatable, with cool surroundings.

The mattresses were so worn out and sunken in the middle that my Husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The comforter was so heavy it had to be removed to sleep, and there were not blankets to use.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a quiet area, just next door to a very nice college town, and Illinois. Actually the room was stocked and good-sized with great beds, pull out couch, extra space. Quiet position was an added bonus. They offered us good meals, had a great selection of options to choose from.

We had a great value for our money at Hampton Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and updated. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The staff is being outstandingly accommodating and excellent. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to all the restaurants.
